The firm's Chief Strategy Officer, Jackie M. Jackson, is currently serving on Thomasville City Council since 2009.  She was also elected to and served as Vice President on Richmond (VA) City Council and Richmond (VA) City School Board for 4 years and 2 years respectively. 

Jackson has obtained a certification from Duke University in Non-Profit Management.  She graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and University of Richmond with a Masters of Business Administration.  Jackson has also obtained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.  She is a graduate of the North Carolina School of Science & Mathematics.

The American Council of Young Political Leaders selected Jackson as a delegate, out of over 1000 applicants, to travel to India.  She is also a 2002 Sorensen Political Institute Fellow and a 2004 Southern Women in Public Service "Pacesetter".  In 2006, she was selected as one of Style Weekly's Top 40 under 40.  Jackson served as a Regional Director for the National Black Caucus for Local Elected Officials covering VA, WVA, KY, MD, DE and DC.

Jackson has served on numerous professional boards.  She currently serves as Chair of Board of Directors for Empower House, Inc.  and is a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.  She has served as board members of Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council, Executive Committee member of Venture Richmond, Leadership Roundtable.
